1. Who Runs This Site

KuyaJon.com is a one-person operation. No company, no team — just me, sharing research, tools, and thoughts on investing in the Philippine stock market (PSE), here and on my YouTube and Facebook channels.

Any videos, whether embedded on this site or hosted on YouTube, follow these same terms — educational only, not advice.

2. Who This Is For

This site is meant for adults (18+). By using it, you're confirming you're 18 or older, or using it with a parent/guardian's supervision.

3. This Is Education, Not Advice

Everything here — tutorials, tools, commentary — is for learning purposes only. It's not financial, investment, or legal advice.

I'm not a licensed financial advisor, accountant, or investment professional. I have no formal certification in any of these areas. What I share comes from my own research and experience as an individual investor.

Please do your own research, or talk to a licensed professional, before making any investment decisions.

8. Content & Credit

I put a lot of time into the stuff here — articles, tutorials, tools, graphics. If you want to share or reuse something, just ask first, I'm usually happy to say yes for personal or non-commercial use. Please just don't copy-paste and repost it elsewhere as your own.

Some images here are used under Creative Commons or other free-use licenses, and I try to credit them properly. If I got something wrong and it's yours, let me know and I'll fix it right away.

9. Other Websites

Some links on this site lead to other websites — brokers, tools, etc. I'm not responsible for what happens on those sites. Visit them at your own risk.

10. Privacy: What I Collect

I use Google Analytics to see general traffic patterns — pages visited, rough location, device type. This helps me understand what's working and improve the site. Google may use cookies to gather this. See Google's Privacy Policy for details, or use Google's opt-out tool if you'd rather not be tracked.

I don't collect emails, run a newsletter, or ask for any personal info directly.

If you send a GCash donation, that transaction happens entirely inside GCash — I never see or store your payment details.

11. Donations

If you'd like to support the site, you can send a one-time tip via GCash (link on the site footer). Donations are completely voluntary — a way to help or bless the work if it's been useful to you, nothing more. They're non-refundable, and you don't get any perks, access, or anything else in return. Just my genuine thanks.

12. Changes to These Terms

I might update this page anytime, without warning. If you keep using the site after a change, that means you're okay with the new terms.

13. If One Part Breaks, the Rest Still Stands

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, that one part gets adjusted or dropped — everything else still applies.

14. Governing Law

These terms follow the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes go through Philippine courts.
